Organization: The Boston Lyric Opera has been in operation since 1976 and is committed to the development of the next generation of opera singers, conductors, directors and designers.
Duties: The Director of Institutional Advancement will work closely with the corporate and philanthropic community, high level donors, board members and volunteer committees. As a critical member of senior management staff, the Director will actively participate in long-range planning and achieving the annual fundraising of $4+ million.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have 10+ years of high level development and management experience.
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
